What is BOWND?
A habit company for people in the middle of a full life. The idea behind all of it is simple: better days aren’t found, they’re built — quietly, consistently, over time. Every BOWND habit works one of three pillars: Spirit, Mind, and Body.
What can I actually join right now?
BOWND Weekly is open and free. One email every Monday morning with a quote worth keeping, one thought to carry into your week, one simple habit to try, and a few things I’m bound to love.
BOWND Daily opens January 1. Habit Trials is in beta with our founding members, and Cohort 2 opens in 2027. Weekly readers hear about both first — that one free signup is how you stay in the loop on everything.
Is this only for women?
It’s written for people in the middle of a full life — the season where the demands are highest and the margin is thinnest. Most of our readers are midlife women, and plenty of men read it too and get just as much from it.

What comes in the weekly email?
Four short things: a quote worth keeping, one thought to carry into your week, one simple habit to try, and Bound to Love — a few things I actually use and recommend. It’s meant to be read with your coffee, not studied.
How often, and can I leave?
Once a week, Monday morning. Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of any email. No sequence, no funnel, no hard sell.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Free, and staying that way.
BOWND Daily January 1
How does BOWND Daily work?
One text arrives each morning with a private link. You tap it and three habits open — one for your Spirit, one for your Mind, one for your Body. You do them, tap three circles, and your month fills in on a grid. Ninety seconds, then get on with your day.
Do I have to download an app?
No. It opens in your browser from the link in your text. There’s no app store, no download, and no password to remember or reset.
What makes it different from other habit apps?
The habits hold for a full month. January’s Monday strength session is the same session every Monday in January — four or five repetitions before anything changes. Most apps hand you something new daily because novelty feels like progress, but a behavior becomes automatic through how often you repeat it, not how varied it is.
What will it cost?
$97 a year, or $14 a month. The annual option works out to roughly eight dollars a month and removes the monthly decision at exactly the moment most people quit. See how it works →

Habit Trials In Beta
What is Habit Trials?
The full twelve-week guided program — thirty-six habits, three a week, one for each pillar. You try them on for seven days. Then on Sunday you make the Dressing Room Decision: adopt what fits, alter what almost does, archive what doesn’t. Nothing is mandatory. What you keep at the end isn’t someone else’s program — it’s your life, built on purpose.
Why can’t I enroll right now?
Twenty-one Founder Bound members are working through the program in beta, and what they tell me each week is shaping what everyone else eventually gets. Rather than sell the same version twice, I’d rather finish it properly. Cohort 2 opens in 2027.
How will I know when it opens?
Through BOWND Weekly. Cohort 2 dates and pricing will go to readers before anywhere else.
What if I’ve struggled with consistency before?
That’s exactly who this is for. Missing a single day has no measurable effect on whether a habit forms — that’s from Lally et al., 2010. Consistency is not perfection. Every BOWND program is built to find the right fit, so the habits are realistic enough to repeat and meaningful enough to keep.
