Message frequency is one message per day.
Message and data rates may apply. BOWND does not charge for text messages; any charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the reminders you signed up for. Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
