We only collect what we need to deliver what you signed up for.
- Name and email address — when you subscribe to BOWND Weekly, request a free guide, or enroll in a program.
- Mobile phone number — only if you sign up for BOWND Daily text reminders and give consent at signup.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Program activity — which habits you mark complete inside BOWND Daily, so your progress grid works.
- Survey responses — if you choose to complete an optional questionnaire.
- Basic website analytics — pages visited and general location, collected by our website platform.
To send you the emails, guides, texts and program content you asked for. To process payments and provide access to what you purchased. To answer your questions when you contact us. To understand which content is useful so we can make it better.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run behavioral advertising.
Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the BOWND Daily reminders you signed up for. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any message to cancel immediately, or HELP for support. Full details are on our SMS Terms page.
We use a small number of established companies to actually run the business. They may process your information only to perform their service for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Our website uses cookies necessary for the site to function and for basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — email noel@bownd.com and we will take care of it.
If you delete your account, we remove your personal information except where we are required to keep records for tax or legal purposes.
We use reputable providers with industry-standard protections, and we limit access to your information to what is necessary to run the business. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
BOWND is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
BOWND provides habit education and coaching, not medical advice. Nothing on this site or in our programs is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new nutrition, movement or wellness practice.
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell subscribers by email.
